2. Nature of the information

Information on the website, including the players' rights guides, is general information and not legal advice. Every situation is different, and laws and football regulations may change. LPFA aims to keep the information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that it is complete or applicable to a particular situation. Contacting LPFA does not in itself create a lawyer–client relationship.

3. Applying for membership

  • The online form fills in LPFA's official application form and sends it to LPFA. After a successful submission you receive a reference number.
  • Submitting an application does not mean admission to the association. LPFA decides on admission in accordance with the association's statutes and the decision-making procedure they set out.
  • The online application is not signed: ticking a box or typing a name is not an electronic signature. LPFA will contact you to arrange signing.
  • Members have the obligations set out in the statutes, including paying the membership fee. Amount of the membership fee: [to be confirmed].
  • Provide only true information about yourself. You may not apply on behalf of another person without their consent.

4. Limitations of online submission

An application has been received only when the website shows a reference number. If an error message is shown or you receive no reference number, the application has not been received – please try again or write to info@lpfa.lv. To prevent abuse, the website limits the number of submissions and may reject automated requests. LPFA does not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption.

5. Confidential assistance

The online confidential assistance form is currently not in operation. To contact LPFA, write to info@lpfa.lv without including sensitive information in the email.

6. User obligations

When using the website, you agree not to submit false, misleading or infringing information, not to misuse the application form (for example with automated requests) and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website.

7. Intellectual property and photographs

The texts of the website and the LPFA logo were created by LPFA. Photographs credited “Photo: Latvian Football Federation (LFF)” belong to their authors and rights holders and are used with permission; they may not be reused without the rights holder's permission. The content of media publications remains the property of their publishers.
